We want you to love your experience with Good For The Soul Art! Below is our policy for refunds and returns.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (e.g., Prints, Home Goods)
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds: Issued upon receipt of returned goods.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale.
Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (e.g., Downloads, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may cancel anytime. Access continues through the billing period.
No refunds will be issued for partially used periods.
WORKSHOPS & COURSES
If canceled by you 7+ days before the course start: 100% refund.
Within 7 days of start date: 50% refund.
After course access has begun: No refunds.
