My name is Kathryn Young, but my friends and family call me Katy. I'm an Artist, Potter, Educator, and Surface Pattern Designer .
Good For the Soul Art, LLC was born from my love of creating and exploring different mediums—and my desire to share the joy that creative play brings me. Making art is my happy place, and my hope is that the pieces I create can bring a little light, beauty, and peacefulness into your life.
I find inspiration in the natural world and the simple, joyful moments that make us pause and smile. From watercolor and pastel to clay and digital design, I love working with a variety of materials to bring my ideas to life.
